I think this is what the professional photo editors should go for!
It has all the features,
It is user friendly.
What can say!
Caps(beginner) Last year 
Competes every bit with PhotoShop. However this program goes much further by its easy of use interface and real time editing. I am currently testing XaraX and XaraX Pro on a PIII and PIV. This program is extremely fast on a PIII.

XaraX also uses Photoshop's plugins in addition to its own plugin collection. This product will be reviewed in full at The Learning Portal : http://www.eiproject.net/reviews/index.php

With many tutorials with audio, XaraX will be easy for most to quickly understand and be up and running fast.
